A clinical tool
Doctio began as 'FraseDoktor', a clinical tool designed to streamline medical record-keeping, support healthcare providers, and ensure optimal patient care. Our vision was clear: create a tool that’s simple to use while maintaining high standards of professionalism and quality. FraseDoktor initially focused on providing effective, user-friendly templates that addressed the practical needs of healthcare documentation.
As the platform grew, so did its capabilities. The name changed to Doctio, and the tool expanded to include new features such as interactive clickable templates with built-in algorithms, sharing capabilities, DoctioAssist, and more. Despite the growth, the core philosophy has remained the same: Doctio is dedicated to optimizing medical record-keeping, supporting practitioners, and enhancing the quality of patient care.
